My therapy approach

🌈At Express Yourself Speech Therapy, I focus on play-based, individualized therapy that meets each child where they are. I believe that connection and trust form the foundation for progress. Sessions are fun, motivating, and built around your child’s unique interests and strengths.

I also prioritize collaboration with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and success across settings. Together, we help children grow their communication skills, confidence, and everyday connection.

A bit about me

🌿I’m a Pacific Northwest native, originally from Seattle, and I love calling Portland home. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs, traveling, camping, skiing, biking, dancing, cooking, and connecting with friends and family.
